My favorite cream eye bases

Hey girls! I wanted to share my favorite cream bases that I have been loving for a while now, these are definitely my go tos and favorites of the bunch! I tend to stick with more neutral shades, but do like a darker vampy look from time to time for a smokey eye! I like to use them alone on easy days, or topped with my favorite eyeshadows for a long wearing more intense look. I really love how versatile these little pots are, and the colors are gorgeous! XMy lists: Smashbox Limitless 15 Hr Wear Cream Eyeshadows, MAC Paint Pots, Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliners, and Estee Lauder Stay On Eyeshadow Paints.

MAC Deliciously Rich Fluidline Review!

Hi everyone! ❤ I wanted to share with you all my absolute favorite MAC Fluidline in Deliciously Rich. I’ve bought 2 of these, both from separate limited edition collections unknowingly, but happy to have them all the same. The shade is an amazing metallic deep brown-bronze, with gold shimmer. Now this is something that I would use as an eyeshaodw base instead of an eyeliner simply because it take a couple layers to make it opaque. This is very shimmery and glittery so it needs a steady application. With all the maintenance aside, the final result can be gorgeous! Amazing for a night out or to amp us a neutral smokey eye! Check it out in direct sunlight!

Maybelline Color Tattoo leather Review

20140712_121300 copy20140712_121327 copy 20140712_121410 copy 20140712_121526 copyA little haul for you guys, I saw these while I was picking up some groceries and thought they were worth a try! They are the Maybelline Color Tattoo Leathers, they are supposed to be long wearing and intense color, and they really are. The formula is really smooth, slightly thick, but really blendable. Once it sets, it really doesn’t budge! I even had a hard time removing it with a makeup wipe. The two shades I picked up were Chocolate Suede and Dramatic Black, the colors I would get a lot of use out of . Gorgeous!

Best Clarins Self Tanning Duo!

141213I have been absolutely obsessed with self tanning lately, only because it’s right between spring and summer where I live. Also, I’ve been more conscious about being exposed to the sun. I’ve tried a lot of lotions from the drugstore, but these two products really take the cake! I’m talking about the Clarins Delicious Self-Tanning Cream and the Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster. These two products look very natural. I re-apply about twice a week to maintain my tan, and there is no smell and sticky or oily feeling. The Radiance Glow Booster can be mixed into any moisturizer or serum to apply to the face. I totally love these products!<3

Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Isola Bella

20140408_204753 copy20140408_204718 copyAbsolutely love this lip pencil. It’s the Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Isola Bella $25, and it the perfect warm peach nude shade for the lips. I like that it’s a chubbier pencil, and the formula is very moisturizing and creamy. The shade is a bit darker/warmer than my natural lip color, but it really does warm up my complexion and will look great with tanned skin, but any skintone really. It has rich color and lasts fairly long!

Polyvore: Spring to Summer Look!

Limited Edition Maybelline Color Tattoos Summer 2013

IMG_3824 copy

Hey everyone! Super exciting post! I literally did a double take when I was in the drugstore today, when I saw these little beauties!! These are the limited edition Maybelline Color Tattoos for Summer 2013. There are a total of 8 shades, I was only able to pick up 5 of them  ($7) since the other two available didn’t really stand out to me! I will be looking for one more shade but it was sold out at my location.

IMG_3825 copy

These are highly shimmery/metallic color shifting shades, you can use them on their own, or as a base. You could also layer them over other colors to add a color shifting layer on top. The colors are SO pretty, they are very unique to the line, and I could see myself using them as a base for other colors and having them peek through. These are a little difficult to photograph but here they are!

IMG_3826 copy

The texture of these shadows are smooth, almost a firm gelly/mousse. They are very creamy and easy to blend and don’t dry completely on the lid which makes them great for a base. They have amazing staying power and are impressive to drugstore standards.

  • Precious Pearl beige shimmer with a slight peachy pink shift.
  • Cool Crush cool-toned light blue with icy lavender shift.
  • Blue Paradise cool-toned medium blue with a purple/gold shift.
  • Icy Mint sheer mint green with an iridescent shift.
  • Lavish Lavender cool-toned lavender with a pink sift.

Ones still to pick up:

  • Waves of White bright white iridescent teal duochrome with a pink shift.
  • Shady Shores sheer gold iridescent gold.
