Holy bejezus, I finally got the last bits from my huge Asian beauty haul from Ebay! I’m a huge fan of trying new things, especially from Asia. All of these products are Korean (woot homeland), and I was super excited to tear into them! They were really inexpensive since I found great deals browsing Ebay, and I was able to pick up a lot of different shades. I really loved all the products, I can see myself using them all the time! The 6 “cream” blushes from 3 Concept Eyes were super nice, they are actually for the lips, and are super glossy and pigmented. I’m absolutely in love with STYLENANDA so it was a must try! The least exciting products had to the 2 cheek stains, only because they had a strong powdery scent, which I don’t like! What I got: 3CE Cream Blushes, 3CE Waterful Concealer, 3CE Lip Colors, 3CE Eyebrow Mascara, Etude House Etoinette Lipsticks, Y-CID Cream Blushes, and a TonTon Lipstick.
Hi everyone! I wanted to share my Z Palette with all my pressed pigments! I’ve really doing this for some of my pigment eyeshadows that never get use, and I found that I do reach for them more since they are easier to use now. You can get all the ingredients you need on TKB Trading‘s website, all you need are the pigments. Here is a tutorial! Just replace the Biosilk for the Glycerin. Good luck!!! <3 The ingredients: Pigment Eyeshadows, 98% Rubbing Alcohol, Glycerin, Empty Eyeshadow Pan, Paper Towels, and a Quarter or a pressing tile.
Hello loves! <3 I’ve been revisiting my MAC eyeshadow palette that I made the past year and since summer is slowly coming to a close, I figure I’d try and incorporate it back into my routine again! I absolutely LOVE the new MAC palette, and I love that they have lowered prices. The empty palette + inset comes to about $10. Each single eyeshadow is about $10, so I have been slowly trying to fill the palette. I made mine a bit more on the smokey side since I do like wearing smokey eyes very often. I love every shade in here, if I do make another MAC palette, I would probably make a lighter neutral palette with pops of color! Love!!
Dupe alert!!Do you recognize some of these products? ;) This is a new brand called Makeup Revolution from the UK, they offer a huge selection of makeup. nail polish, etc. for a great price. They are similar to MUA or ELF, but it is supposed to be better quality. I personally have not tried any of their products, but looking through the site, I saw some glaring dupes to brands like MAC, Stila, Too Faced, Tarte, Urban Decay and Lime Crime/NYX etc.! Have you guys heard of/tried this brand?
Hey everyone! Just a heads up, I’m having a blog sale on my BLOG SALE PAGE! Please check it out! Thanks!! XO

They are also doing an extra 30% off their sale section which is where I found all these goodies! I got all these items for $49 ($160+ retail)!!! Shipping was only $4.95, I saved an extra $20 on the already discounted prices, and also got a free lip tar. Most of the items are still available in stores, but you can also find past collections from a lot of brands. You guys need to check out this website! The goodies I got: Becca Eye Color in Suede, Becca Fine Loose Finishing Powder in Mocha, Becca Jewel Dust in Nissa, MAC Mega Metal Eyeshadow in Tweet Me, Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Scorching Sun, Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Paris, and a free OCC lip tar in Power Plant.
1) You have to get rid of all your foundations, and only keep one high-end and one drugstore, which do you, keep?
Oh lord. Probably the YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat Foundation. It’s really my favorite one I’ve ever tried, fresh, dewy, natural, and buildable.
2) You go for an interview and the lady interviewing you has lipstick on her teeth. Do you approach the subject or ignore it completely?
I would point it out if it was really noticeable. I would want someone to let me know If I had lipstick on my teeth!
3) Your not feeling yourself and you need a pick me up lipstick which one do you go for?
I would grab one of my favorite nude MAC lipsticks. Probably Flair for Finery or Modesty.
4) You go back in time for a day to your teenage years, how would you do to your hair and makeup differently?
I would everything different. I think I tried a lot of different styles just to see if I could pull them off, and I wish I would have had beauty/fashion blogs back then!! lol
5) You ask your hairdresser for a shoulder length pixie lott hair cut but they hear wrong and give you a pixie hair cut. Do you a) smile, say thank you, leave and call your mum and cry hysterical b) cry in the chair and things get awkward or c) complain to the manager and demand a refund.
I would totally complain, or at least try and let her know before it was too late! I’m pretty particular about my hair, so I don’t think I would let her cut too much!
6) your friend surprises you with a 4 day city break and you have 1 hour to pack. Which ‘do it all’ palette do you pack in your makeup bag?
I would definitely take my Z Palette with a few of my favorite items. I love that I can customize it to whatever I feel like at that moment.
7) Your house has been robbed, don’t worry everyone is safe, but your beauty stash has been raided. What’s the product you really hope is safe?
Oh my god, I would be devastated!! I would hope everything is safe!! lol
8) Your friend borrows your makeup and returns it in awful condition. do you a)just pretend you haven’t noticed b) ask them to repurchase it or c)secretly do the same to something of theirs …
If it was a really close friend I would ignore it. I can always get another item, but I wouldn’t let her borrow anything again! lol
Hi lovelies! <3 I’ve been loving the new MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set. It’s ‘A brush-on gel that grooms and defines brows into shape, naturally shading to create subtle or dramatic looks.‘ It’s really a handy little beauty that makes my morning routine quick and effortless. I usually do like a thin pencil liner like the Anastasia Brow Wiz, but this is a great, fast step for defined brows. I personally prefer a dark brow so I went with the Brown Ebony shade which I love! It’s not too warm toned and a great natural color for my skin and hair tone. Highly recommend this, have you guys tried it yet?
Hi beautes! I got my Glossybox! This is my longest running subscription box, because I generally really like the brands that they include. This month’s box was more skin care, which I first I was a little bummed by, but after learning that the SkinInc Serum was $136, I was happy. The Malin + Goetz Mojito lip balm is actually really nice as well, it made my lips really smooth and hydrated! What I got in my box: Philip B. Ph Restoring Detangling Toning Mist, Mitchell & Peach English Flowers Body Cream, Malin + Goetz Mojiyo Lip Balm, SkinInc Custom Blended Brightening Serum, and Glam Glow Treatment.
Hi again everyone! I got my Boxycharm box in the mail! This is slowly becoming one of my favorite boxes and at this point beat Glossybox for the month! I’ve always getting atleast 3 or 4 full size products, and mostly makeup which I really appreciate. I really like the red lip liner and nail polish, and will definitely get use out of the SPF moisturizer. What’s in my box: Purlisse Pur0Protect SPF 30 Moisturizer, Appeal Cosmetics Luxurious Lipstick, Lauren B. Beauty Nail Polish, Bellapierre Shimmer Powder, and Bellapierre Natural Lip Liner.
Hey everyone! This post was a long time coming, but I’m finally posting about the Anastasia Contour Kit $40! It was sold out for a long time on their website and on Sephora, but I managed to get my hands on it a few weeks ago and I’ve been using it non stop ever since. I absolutely love this palette, it’s sleek, nice quality, and has everything you need to sculpt your face. It has 3 highlight shades (2 matte and 1 shimmer) and 3 matte contour shades. Some are more cool toned and some are warm toned so it’s perfect to mix and match to create a natural look. I love using the yellow toned highlight and the mid/cool toned sculpt powder along my cheek bones and nose. Have you guys tried this?
(Sorry for the lighting, I was using my crappy camera at night) Woo! I got Sephora order in the mail! I decided to take a peek into the sale page and saw a few goodies that looked worthy of a try! Sephora brand makeup has been one of those things where I do occasionally find a great item! I do actually like most of the in house products and brushes so I decided to give some palettes a try. The Too Faced Mascara and Melted Lip Lacquer I got with my points! Yay! <3 I got the Sephora It Palette in Color Spectrum $19 and the Sephora Moon Baked Eyeshadow Palette in In The Tropics $15. The moon baked palette was really shimmery/glittery but performed well when applied wet or with a base. The It palettes I really like, it comes with 12 eyeshadows, a dual brush and an eyeliner. The shadows are smooth and pigmented and I really like the fabric chevron case!
If you are a woman who travels a lot, you probably already know that organization is key when it comes to keeping your life easier. You don’t want to spend your time packing or unpacking, meaning that you need to be so organized that those are things that don’t become a major aspect of your life. Here are three essentials to keeping organized if you are a road warrior.
One thing that is an absolute must if you are doing a ton of traveling is a really good set of luggage. While really nice sets might set you back hundreds, or thousands, of dollars, they will hold up better than the cheaper sets. This means you are less likely to have to keep replacing your set because they break on you and you will be less likely to lose money on broken on lost items if your bags break a zipper or something during transit.
Keeping your makeup and nail polish organized is also pretty essential while you are traveling. If you are doing it a lot, you want to have a sturdy makeup train case so that you can be sure that you can protect your makeup while also having all of the supplies that you need when you travel. Cases come in many sizes and you can find a great selection at http://thesalonoutlet.com.
Making careful wardrobe choices can also make a big difference when you are traveling a lot. Make pieces that are adaptable to different situations, such as being able to be dressed up or dressed down. Also pick things that are easy to take care of. Look for wrinkle free items that don’t need to be ironed and stay away from clothes that need to be dry-cleaned or hand washed so that you can take care of laundry easier while you are on the road. Don’t forget to go towards lighter fabrics so that things can be packed and take up less space.
